Q: Is there a cost on returns?
We want our customers to be completely satisfied with the product they receive so we are happy to offer a 30 day return policy. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the product we will refund the entire purchase price. Once the item is received at our warehouse we will refund the original payment method. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to refund the cost of return shipping.

Please include a copy of the invoice in the return package. Returns can be sent back within 30 days. Once your package arrives at our warehouse it will be processed within 24 business hours. You'll receive an email confirmation when the return has been completed.
Q: What shipping options are available?
We offer free shipping via UPS Ground Saver. Orders shipped using this method will ship via UPS and be delivered by your local post office. UPS Ground Saver packages arrive in 2-6 days. We also offer upgraded shipping that can be selected during checkout. Options include UPS Ground, arrives in 2 to 5 days, UPS 2nd Day Air, arriving in 2 days, and UPS Next Day Air, arrives the next day by 10:30 AM.
Q: Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico?
We do! Orders shipping out with Free Economy Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, and Military addresses will go out via USPS Parcel Ground Advantage. These typically arrive in 5-12 days.
Q: Do you ship to Canada or other countries?
We are not shipping internationally at this time.
Q: What could cause a shipping delay?
Shipping delays may occur if there are issues with inventory or the payment method used. We work to resolve any issues within 48 hours. If for any reason the item you ordered is no longer available, we will contact you and process a refund. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number.
